Rates do not include 12% lodging tax or $150.00 mgmt/cleaning fee.
Bookings are one week minimum.
Check-ins are after 4:00pm Sundays, Checkouts are by 10:00 am Sundays.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of advance payment. Balance, including security deposit, due 30 days prior to arrival.
All payments must be in US Funds. Cash, traveler checks, cashier checks, money orders, accepted. Personal checks accepted only with prior approval. Credit Cards are not accepted.
Cancellation: 45 day notice required prior to arrival for full refund (less $100.00 service fee).
